1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Trazeo, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the service.
2. Description of service
Trazeo is a CRM platform designed for real estate broker offices. It provides tools for managing deals, clients, properties, and documents.
3. User accounts
To use Trazeo you need an account provided by your office. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
- Not interfere with the operation of the service.
5. Data ownership
The data you enter into Trazeo is yours. You can export all your information at any time. We do not claim ownership over your data.
6. Service availability
We strive to keep Trazeo available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation penalties. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
8. Limitation of liability
Trazeo is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
9. Modifications
We may modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes with at least 30 days' notice via email.
