Activation is a hands-on process between your office and our team: we set up document templates using your actual contracts and configure the step-by-step pipeline for each deal phase based on how your office operates. Nothing generic — it's your operation reflected in the system. This guided activation is included in both plans.

Scaled Operations adds your office branding, automatic activity reports, integrated valuations, and custom features. It's for larger offices or teams that need greater control and standardization.

Can I use my own brand instead of Trazeo?

Yes, on the Scaled Operations plan. You can customize your logo, colors, domain (app.yourbrokerage.com), and have emails sent from your brand. Your agents and clients see your identity, not ours.
